Cheesemaking demands a high quality milk to produce a top quality award winning cheese. Derg Farmhouse Cheddar is produced from from Paddy and Kay’s herd, which is the highest quality milk and makesĀ a truly unique premium cheese.

Derg Farmhouse Cheddar is a raw milk cheese made in the Summer months. Gently made using traditional farmhouse methods. It is left to mature for 9-12 months to give it it’s distinctive flavour.
